Coach Brown has nearly 40 years experience in swimming. In that time she has worked at several different pools in the Victoria area, including the Victoria YMCA, Quail Creek, Oak Hill, and Northcrest pools, and
also in Alaska for the Sitka Independent School District. 

I love the sport of swimming and since the summer of 2009, I have operated my own swim business offering stroke clinics, splash camps and lessons (group and private) for all ages and abilities and a summer league swim team.  I have experience in coaching swim teams at the summer league and high school levels. 

My passion is connecting with young people and helping them be the best they can possibly be at the same time helping them realize that they are capable of things they NEVER thought they could do, not only in the sport of swimming but in life. My mission is to help develop little people into responsible, caring, young adults of good character who while putting their best foot forward put in “a good days work” and reaps the rewards of their hard work, commitment and perseverance with gratitude, grace and humility.
